sunrise til sunset

just as the sun rises it brings a new day, a new beginning, a new hope and another chance for as to change the things we’ve done or live life to the fullest. sun rise also means birth and rebirth of a new person. our imperfections and predicaments molds us to be whole and be a better person. i am facinated with how life and all its circumstances gives us the strenght or weaken us if we’d let it walk on us. we make and break ourselves and the choices we make tells what kind of person we are. life is short indeed it is and it doesnt matter how long we’ve been alive but on how we stand up after we fall. we always have another chance to change things yet we will never know what will happen. after we live our lives sunset always has the final say…its so sad when sunset comes coz you can never replicate what has been done and its like dying. when the moment comes you have no choice but to leave everything behind. as darkeness comes…everything ceases. we go home, eat dinner, stay up late then sleep. in our sleep we rarely dream those pleasant dreams…we always have nightmares and premonitions. at the end of everyday..did we ever ask ourselves "have i done something good today? or did i seize every moment of it? so sad… when we wake up the next morning all we have are regrets and memories. when tomorrow comes… the sun rises…then sun sets over and over again. all we have to remember is that we can only have this life once and if its taken it will never be given back to you. "SEIZE THE DAY!!!"
