My diet part 1.

Everyday... before I started this diet, I used to drink 3 if those 12 ounce pops, sometimes 4. To top it off, I'd usually have a couple of those little bags of twizzler bits, a bear claw, and alot of other junk foods. After alot of lectures from mich vater, I started cutting back alot. I stopped snacking on chips, bread, drank less soda and started to exercize. Almost everyday I get on the bike and pedal for 20 minutes, and at wok I do jumping jacks a set of 30 every hour.
Oh yes, I've relapsed several time, somedays I just neglected to even get up from the computer, and snacked my heart out. However for the last couple weeks, I started working really hard, and lost 10 pounds, I feel it's a great start, and hope by the end of the first week of next month to be down another 10 pounds. By this summer I want to have lost 30-40 pounds, and the rest of the 60 pounds by the end of summer.
