Heart and Soul

You came to me
Bloody and enraged
A soul trapped
Inside a fucking cage.

I broke your soul out.
But unlike a typical Demon.
I did not collect it.

I left it alone.
Exposed and free.
Hoping that your choice
Has something to do with me.

The Cloud has given us the means
To be together somehow.
Slightly better than our dreams.

Since I am a Demon
I need to be careful
With your heart.
My purpose is to
Keep it happy
Even when we are apart.

Just knowing you are there.
Sometimes ignites my desire.
My body aches for you in agony
Dying for you to join me on fire.

Its your Heart and Soul
That enchants me.
Our chance encounter.
Shakes the foundations
Of Destiny.......
