A Dream

The roots of my sadness are calling to you
My falling tears are flooding for you
I dreamt a day that you would be here for me
You held my hand and didn’t let me be
I closed my eyes in a feel of safeness
My soul now is in great happiness
My heart is completely embraced
The beats of my life are raced
When I had fallen to that great abyss
My fears were consumed and ossified
My eyes were shocked and horrified
I was empty
I was frightened to lose you
Blood is dripping from my neck
My own mind is shut and abandoned
I vowed I bowed and bended
For the tale that has been thrown upon thou
And I kept asking how
You couldn't handle my cries
When you promised to be my hoping highs
You betrayed me
Threw me and flee
Oh dear oh tear
How did you know my fear?
You weren't here
I'm falling to the beholding fogs of clear
Hush now and let me veer
