Well alrighty then. I had never heard of them before but they are quite talented kids, good for them, doesn't mean you suck.

No, it doesn't mean I suck-but it does put my suckish life into perspective!

I would consider anybody without any discernible talents or skills to be sucky and made of suck.

Well then either most people suck or you are oblivious to your positive attributes.

Sometimes I think about the beginning of Matilda where Danny DeVito says "Some will grow up to be butchers, or bakers, or candlestick makers. Some will only be really good at making jell-o salad", and then I think "Hey that's me!" except I can't even make jell-o salad so I'm worse than the jell-o saladers of the world.

Nobody likes jello salad anyway so don't worry about that. Maybe you should try making candlesticks, it isn't nearly as hard as candlestick makers pretend it is.

I did try candlesticks-they had kits on sale at Michael's-but all I did was ruin some pots and accidentally ingest some of the scented liquid. :(

Seriously? As soon as I posted that I thought to myself "Well I really hope she doesn't have some disaster story about trying to make candlesticks" and it turns out that you do. I'm sorry to find humor in your sad candlestick story. I totally blame the kit.


Did the scented stuff taste like perfume? I tried making soap once and had a similar experience, although I don't think I ingested any of the stuff, it just got in my mouth and I spent a while trying to spit/rinse it all out.

Oh PJ, at the very least you don't suck at being lovable, and that is a pretty important thing to not suck at, so take comfort in that fact.

Awww, PJ. You're good at blogging! Your tumblr is hilarious, and if it was anyone else I wouldn't follow after they post gross pictures, but because what you put inbetween gross pictures is often gold, I just ignore it.

You're articulate and you can be a good writer, you're hilarious and a lot smarter than you think you are.

I give you a hug. Even when you are feeling down there is still a bright side to every shadow. Right now you are just focusing on the downside. Everyone needs to start somewhere. Just concentrate on a skill and improve on it. Overtime you will get better. Don't give your hopes up.
