School fell out due to a bomb scare. I'm gonna see an interpretation of Hamlet instead.

Stormtrooper of Death 03-10-2010 06:02 AM

Getting back into Iron Maiden and not feeling guilty about listening to metal in general.

We have an allotment! Getting on for half an acre too , it's bloody massive ! I'm going to commandeer myself a big square to grow Cabbage and Brocoli , possibly some carrots. That'll save me some money instead of buying it all from shops. I wonder if chickens can be kept....? O.O

Malice In Wonderland 03-14-2010 06:48 AM

I got an A in my philosophy exam!

I woke up late, crammed my way to school and knew that final exams were postponed.

Pineapple_Juice 03-14-2010 06:24 PM

Free chips in the morning, and I lost five pounds! Yippee for me.

Bwah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah!

Good one, Saya!

Beneath the Shadows 03-15-2010 03:23 PM

My co-worker fell three stories off his balcony.

That's not what made my day. That fact that since he fell means I get his hours did.

Bigger paycheck! Whee!!!

Malice In Wonderland 03-15-2010 03:24 PM

Did a painting today that I didn't get bored of halfway and give up.

JethroAranas 03-15-2010 07:25 PM

WiFi connection's getting better at our school. Now I really appreciate the essence of studying.

Pineapple_Juice 03-15-2010 08:16 PM

Figured out the password for the computer in the office at work, hence me being on Gnet right now. Go me!

Pineapple_Juice 03-15-2010 10:50 PM

Also, I've just checked in six very attractive English boys and have suddenly remembered why I love my job.

Corpsey 03-16-2010 01:22 AM

Not only did I find a home for me to move into today but I potentially will have a job tomorrow.

They say good news comes in pairs!

Pineapple_Juice 03-16-2010 01:33 AM

God damn, congratulations

Still Jack 03-16-2010 07:43 AM

I feel so fucking awesome today that I almost radiate from all orifices.

Corpsey, this is very good news!

What's made my day? Finding out I can order Dublin Dr. Pepper online. What's Dublin Dr. Pepper, you ask?

Well, all other Dr. Pepper is made today (as is every soda I've seen lately) with corn fructose as the sweetening agent. But, besides being the oldest Dr Pepper bottler in the world, Dublin Dr Pepper also has the distinction of being bottled with Imperial Pure Cane Sugar - the original Dr Pepper formula. Yum!

Yum!

Yay Corpsey!

I got a raise today! Yay me! Only twenty five cents, but still, every bit counts.

CrimsonPythonidae 03-16-2010 08:24 PM

Good news Corpsey!

My day has also been made by good job news, I got the job I've been working towards for about the last year or so. Fucken' YAY!
I hope I like it after all that. Ha ha, imagine if I got out there and hated it?
Sooo stoked, also pretty nervous. It's 8 days on, 6 off, 8 nights on, 6 off. I haven't done roster work like this before, hope I don't fall asleep and kill myself or anyone else on nightshift.

The Divine Ms. M 03-19-2010 01:17 AM

Did better on my test in class than the last one I took & while I was waiting for the bus dressed in my what I consider "light" victorian garb, a guy asked me what I was selling (the cart I use didn't help, mind lol). I told him nothing, & at one point he asked me how old I was & what my family thought of me dressing outdated. The funny thing is, even after I told him I was 28 & my fam doesn't care he still couldn't seem to get over my outfit & why I wanted to dress the way I did. This made me laugh inside more than the lady who once had to do a double take because of my outfit. Ah, I do love freaking the mundanes...2 other people thought I looked good though:)
