Thoughts on Renfield?

It's been out for a few weeks now, have you seen it? I didn't pay much attention to it when I watched it but I can safely say that Nic Cage was a great Dracula, similar to Claes Bang in the 2020 BBC show but with the usual Cage camp. Nicholas Hoult was also cool as Renfield, but the other characters we're meh at best, specially the villians. The costumers however are delightful, and the movie was clearly made by people that love Dracula

What do you think of it?

Campy Nick was very entertaining! I had fun watching him and the other Nick.

It was a campy movie but I enjoyed it. I thought it was pretty cool that they filmed part of the movie inside the Mardi Gras World warehouse.

P.S. That Cafe Du Monde location does not have a second floor but I guess they wanted a better view of Jackson Square.
