I took this today. My chest and abs are looking cakey because I've been on 12 pack soda binge that will soon end. Also, they're not my books, lol.

The next time I take any progress pictures I'll be only drinking healthy stuff to make sure I have lower bodyfat, within the context of bulking.

Not even my girlfriend convinces me. I'm too fucking lazy.

I haven't done any strenuous exercise in the better part of 5 weeks. Don't ask me.

I don't know, it gets pretty easy if you just get in the habit of working out, I'm pretty lazy and I still manage to do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups every day, it isn't much (and is far from strenuous) but it takes literally two minutes and it keeps me in decent shape.

For me I lurk on the bodybuilding.com forums, and treat working out like a drug addiction, to the point where if I miss a workout I feel off. From my experience, all the people who are gym rats and health freaks are basically obsessed about it. Its okay to miss and make up days and such, but without that kind of extreme mindset it seems like its too easy to get discouraged in the long run.
