A friend of mine convinced me to go the skate park with him yesterday and let me use his board. I hadn't ridden in 3 years, and after many failed attempts, and a few crashes in a snowed-in bowl, I can almost board slide standing up.

Today every muscle in my body feels like it's on fire, and I've got some of the weirdest bruises in places I never imagined possible. And it's freakin' amazing.

Agent Orange and Pain have made my day complete. :P

And now I'm going to get in the hot tub for a while. Ow.

Well what's weird. is that on the way to my friends house, I had come like a foot away from getting hit. And that morning my boss was joking about us not all getting killed because then she wouldn't have anyone to work for her the next morning. Then bang... we really did get hit. It was like meant to happen I guess. Now my emotions are all fucked up, I'm hurting, and I keep seeing stars. Me and my friend are waiting to see a dr. until all the insurance things are dealt with, and because we think its mostly just being traumatized...
