I purchased an AceKard2 and a 4 Gigabyte SDHC MicroSD Card for my Nintendo DS so I can just keep one cartridge loaded up all the time and have dozens of game roms to pick from at any time.

When I went to the AceKard website to download the software for loading the game roms onto the cart, I found they have a bunch of themes you can put on the DS for the game selection and options screens. And this theme were among the ones I downloaded:

My roommate went home for Thanksgiving so I had the house to myself. Totally lazed around half naked and ate nothing but junk, and for the first time in a long time I finished a book in one day.

Mama made beef stew and dumplings for dinner.. yummmmm. It's been super-cold the past few days, so it really hit the spot.

I whent to my friend's 21st birthday at the gay bar, which I had never been to... but it was a wednesday night and I was the only gay in the whole place. It made me laugh, and i drank beer and played pool.

I wish there wasn't so much bitter in the sweet today... my best friend finally admitted that he has a problem. He is essentially an alcoholic without the alcohol, or an "Adult Child of an Alcoholic". so.. seeing as the first half of the day was the ultimate test of my anxiety medication and therapy, the end result was what all of his close friends and family have wanted for him for years.

One of my childhood mates gets out of the can today. This calls for celebration.

It is only a week until my local Zombie Walk.

Just got the check for closing out a little retirement account associated with my last job. Going shopping to pick up a 1 TB external drive and a spindle of blank DVD's. Need to clean up my laptop and this is going to get it done. I also receieved the i-pen mouse ($15) and the Manga Studio Debut 4 ($25) from Amazon today, so that's got me quite pleased.

Having my heating fixed has made my day.
