Congrats! End of exams = awesomest day ever.

I had to make a fan video for my Disney and Religion course that I thought would take a lot of time, and I was worried because of previously mentioned power cord issues (fuck tape didn't work, had to buy a new cord), but it took me no time to do and it was a lot of fun.

My prof puts the videos up on her website after a while, looking at last year's submissions I think my Maleficent video will be pretty good in comparison. I'm surprised people used Creed and Nickelback and Hilary Duff o.O

Picked up 'Catwoman - The Life and Times of a Feline Fatale' today. I have been looking for it for ages :)

The prospect of taking a walk out in the cool autumn air, surrounded by bright leaves, drained of their chlorophyll.

Tomorrow I hope to post about doing the very same thing ape :) Got too busy with cleaning today but tomorrow my camera and nature and I are going to have a date! ;)

The thing that made my day today was getting the cat room cleaned. The Dyson canister got completely filled with their various dry messes. While in there I noticed that the youngest seems to have her snufflies mostly gone and her sneezing all gone!

Silly Tiny Tortie Terror always sticking her nose places it shouldn't be, probably irritated her nose. She was sneezing pretty bad a couple days ago and her breathing was pretty liquid sounding. I may dose her with some nasal saline tonight if I get really brave just to help things along but I really don't think she needs to go to the Vet just yet which is a good thing because we really don't need more bills! :p

Megaman X5, 'nuff said.

What will make my day is when TR learns to fly the helicopter.... waiting... getting old... :D

Having the flu and NOT puking today!

My platoon played army jeopardy for the day off tomorrow, and I won because I'm fucking awesome.

A friend made my stressful morning better by buying me a glass of wine on my lunch break.

Worked the second half my shift kinda drunk, because I'm such a cheap date that one glass of wine is all it takes.

It was awesome.

So my platoon got caught in a firefight last July and one of my friends died in it. I'm not sure if I mentioned it. His mother sent out some care packages to us, and inside were a few letters his family had written. They picked up some of his art work to use as covers. I knew he liked to doodle, but holy shit. You'd think you know someone pretty well after four years. Guess not.

And it made my day to see some of the things he hid from us.
