Bored and tired. [But getting off work in a few minutes...only to stand in line at the post office, and run a few other errands. *sigh*]

Tired. I have barely slept the last few days. Haven't had the time. Or rather, I haven't bothered.

Wishing I was

Hungover, but in a good mood anyway.

Sick but considering a beer.

Tired and irritated.

Satisfied. I've been on a diet for a couple of months to lose a few pounds before I leave for a week of vacation on a North Carolina beach on Saturday. I'm 0.8 lbs away from my goal weight and expect to hit it tomorrow.

And when I get unpacked, the first thing I'm going to do is have a beer, because the diet discouraged alcohol consumption. One day I had one beer and the next morning I found I had gained weight, so that is the only alcohol I've had in two months.

And I will be making reasonable food choices and exercising a little portion control, but I am NOT dieting while I'm on vacation!

Feeling slightly off balance and awkward.. however this is nothing new...

Anxious about my Old Man. He got something in his left eye and it looks pretty uncomfortable. WE have a Vet appointment for Monday already. I hope he is not in too much pain.

Aww Carakitty, I'm sure your cat will be ok. ^_^
I have an eight year old cat who is always poking her eye on something. Her eye will get super watery and red for days. It goes away on its own.
