Yeah, sometimes all it takes to make a woman look beautiful is the right clothes and the right makeup. I always wear a thick, black line of eyeliner on my upper eyelids. It's way more than I've seen most non-goth people wear, but I've been told it accents my blue eyes really dramatically.
