Dentists seem to be the counterpoint everywhere. American dentists seem to be more expensive than doctors, and over here in the UK you can get NHS treatment for damn near any condition, even the ones which aren't disfiguring and life threatening, but only get free dental work if it's got to the point that you've developed some nasty infection that's threatening your general lifespan.
Stupidity, en masse.
