I wash my face with just warm water or just a little bit of original dove. I use walgreens brand alpha hydroxy cream and my skin is very clear. I use to have severe eczema on my face (about 80% of it was covered in fire engine red raise scaly patches) and so now that my skin has cleared, I try to use the bare minimum of skincare to keep it from getting inflamed again.
