Thats the same as anywhere, though. There's going to be dicks everywhere you go. My best friend just moved to Japan (Kobe), she's been there for like two days and already she's made drinking buddies. She spent a summer elsewhere in Japan last year and she went all over the place and met tons of people, and she only had good things to say.
