Jin, the best way to make lipstick look good on you is matching it with your skin color. For me I do not like black lipstick one because it is messy and hard to deal with and two it makes my lips look like a just kissed a wall of black wet paint. As for red, I wear that color every day for lip stick, and you should get Mac's Russian red that color matched perfectly to the picture you posted up or go a little bit darker or neon red (then again red looks good on any woman). OH and the best thing about red lipstick is when it runs out on your lips it stains you lip a bit so it gives you a go amount of time until you touch up again.
My basic make up is black eye shadow with cat eye and then (as always) red lipstick with a little bit of gloss.
