A piece of rope tries to go into a bar, but the bouncer says, "We don't let pieces of rope in here."
So the rope goes into a nearby alley, tossles up his two ends until they are fluffy, then goes back to the bar and tries to get back in again.
The bouncer looks at him suspiciously and asks, "Hey, are you a rope?"
To which the rope replies, "Nope. Frayed knot."
