H&M and Forever21 usually have some decent victorian-esque blouses during the fall months. you can also try Retroscope or Gloomth although both shops are a little on the pricey side. Angel-Secret on ebay has a few victorian/l o l i t a blouses as well. Good luck on finding what you want!
