@Saya - They are SO much fun and ridiculous amounts of warm and comfortableness. My girlfriend has a black cat one, and her husband has an angry birds one.. so next weekend when I visit them we're all going to wear our onesies and watch Japanese horror films.
It is awkward to pee.. especially being as it's winter here at the moment. You can get them with bottom flaps, but mine doesn't have one.
