I just don't understand that. Not at all. I'm not shocked anymore (sad to say) but I am very angry about it.
And he called 911 ... as if after the fact he realized she hadn't survived the ordeal and what was he gonna do?

That IS my definition of evil. The saddest thing for me (after the terrible trauma that ended this poor little girl's existence) is that some attourney is going to stand up in court and DEFEND his actions ... as if insanity is a condition that should lessen his punishment. By definition this is an insane act. Give him the maximum and throw away the key. And be sure to tell all the other inmates what he did ... I hear they love that kind of crap!
