If I am not mistaken..that kind of lookS like We & Wild lipstick..I hope to gods not.
That product line is just...nasty. I used the eyeliner in an emergancy, forgetting mine when I went out and my eyelids basically stuck together.
And I hope that, this photo is a "Before" getting ready picture and not a "I'm just going out the door and thought I'd snap a photo".....photo..

Also with a lip that dark you want to start with a liner (actually a good black liner plus red gloss can look nice but really is over the top for just about anywhere other than a club) and you may want to think about a lipstick brush, it will help lipstick to go on much smoother and will make it easier for you to apply it exactly where you want it to go.
