Well, on one hand I really hope they do, but on the other hand I think they'd be playing all their cards, you know? Teen Titans was very popular and if JL goes ahead and is a hit, it would make sense to do a Teen Titans movie down the road.
They could make up for it by racebending some other superheroes or having another hero of colour as a founding member, like Vixen, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
