I'm a beer man, always have been. When I do spirits, I'll usually go the bourbon, scotch, pretty much any whiskey. Absinthe is fantastic as is Chartreuse. Mixers with Blue Curacao go well, or the odd midori mix. CSCs, Jam Doughnuts, QFs and the other more popular shots...well they're popular for a reason

If I can afford it, or especially if I get to make it, I'll drink it.

But you can't go past an ice-cold Carlton Draught or VB :grin:
