I like this Vietnamese dish that I forget what it's called. You mix ground pork and garlic and form it around a stick and barbecue it, and then put it on softened rice paper with some rice and lettuce and chilles and chives and whatever else, and then wrap it in the rice paper and take the stick out of the pork and eat it like a mini pita wrap. It's very good.
I also once put curry on Italian noodles. It was alright, but not as good as on rice noodles or rice.
