Vegans do not consume nor wear anything that has animal products in it whatsoever.
I've a bit of a flushed color to my face, as well. Recently I've been using Neutrogena products religiously... and it has helped some. On a whim, I also invested in a very light mineral powder- I simply adore it. By far, the best cosmetic product I've ever purchased.
