Actually, I see it all the time in the grocery store, in Target, in Dairy Queen, etc. Parents these days seem to have no idea of how to discipline their kids. -_-;;;;

Well, then, maybe you should go to restaurants where people don't normally bring kids.

I'd -love- to know exactly what kind of restaurant that would be, because even at nicer, more upscale places, there's likely to be kids there.
