I do an entirely goth wardrobe, from entirely mainstream stores. The only 'goth shop' I know round here is not within my price, size, or geographical range. To properly answer the question though, perhaps Torrid? Occasionally they have cute things on their clearance rack, and occasionally said clearance rack is an extra 40% off.
Most of my shopping is done at Goodwill, but I consider that quite goth... Just me? XD
