That is great news. Be sure to appreciate just how massive an undertaking that is on their part though; my sister and her son live with us and we all take responsibility for him while my sister is doing whatever, it is incredibly stressful and difficult for people their age a lot of the time. At the very least, your parents just earned a totally sick care home with a jacuzzi and Playstation 5 ten years down the line.
