update on this situation.....
I have not actually confirmed my cancellation at the college. Just on leave. I still got half a degree waiting to be finished, even though my GPA took a hell of a beating after I more or less stopped everything half way through that enrollment. I look at my student debt and just think, this is crazy. But I'm kind of stubborn once I start something I want to finish it, and a college degree is the least I should do for myself, even if it financially buries me and I pull my hair out in the process, I cannot bring myself to fully abandon this. I will probably go back there to finish this.
