I had those flamingos outside the trailor I was living in with my friend. When I was at school, some guy approached us, and it turned out he was our neighbor, and he asked if we were the ones with the flamingos. We laughed and we told him we're pretty utilitarian minded,and he could have one if he wanted, becasue there was really no need for us to have two.
The conversation turned sour when he said,
"Well, if I had it I'd probably burn it. You see... I don't know how to say this, but.... I'm a CHRISTIAN, and to me, that represents like, death and stuff."
I was about to just about to tell him to fuck off and leave us alone, but instead my friend starting quoting some stuff out of James, and we left him there really confused about his right-wing ideaology.
