The CIA works abroad through NUMEROUS front organizations to do EXACTLY this kind of stuff, as does the IRGC, BDN, MI:6, GRU, FSB, former IIS, etc. This is NOT new to the world. This is OLD information that you didn't know of before due to your complete lack of any understanding of how the intelligence community and USAID works.
