That looks pretty damn yummy. I just have one question: Since you layered the colors in the pans do you get a lot of blending or do the colors stay pretty clear? I've made rainbow cakes before but always made each color in a separate pan, which is kind of a pain and takes a while since you can only fit so many rounds in an oven.
