R.i.p.
Well, my cat, being 16 years old, died today of liver failure. I just got finished burying her. I hope I dug it deep enough to keep other animals out of it.

Place a solid plastic or iron plate over her, the other animals will keep out.

Haha. She loved little animals, her and my pet rat were bestest friends forever. I buried her next to him.

And thanks to everybody sending their condolences...I honestly didn't expect that; in the South when animals die it's almost like it doesn't matter at all, so really, thank you all.

I'm so sorry to hear that.

When I had to put my dog down, the vet office sent us a card with this poem in it. It still makes me tear up but it really is a nice poem.
