Trying to decide between these 2 jackets...
Need a new jacket for the coming cold.
I saw 2 nice ones on Ebay, but not sure which to chose.

or

I love the 1st but not sure how warm it is..it is Synthetic Wool, the 2nd is a Wool mix.
I love all the buttons going up the front =)
I don't like trench coats really, I am too short for them to look good on me. But this is just long enough.
God...I have half of my walk in closet just for jackets..I need to sell some of them.

The second one looks as though it is made to be warmer but neither of them seems like it would be particularly warm, more like something that you would wear in the fall than as a winter coat, then again I like super warm coats.

Its hard to find a jacket for goth guys that looks gothy and still provides warmth, proivided it isnt a long full length trench.
I have a military Navel trench coat with silver buttons but I dont like jackets that constrict my legs, and I am all short, so it looks weird on me.
Its not that cold here right now..hell, it didnt even snow last year until March I think, weather here is weird.
I also like this jacket..he said heshould have one in black next week and it comes with a removable lining.

Girls have lots of choices of nice jackets.
hmm Macys has a nice Black Op's line now, all black military looking spy jackets, but they are expensive, like $190-350.00 each, of course, none of them run a Small, grr and the arms are all too long for my shortness.

If length is your biggest issue you can easily hem a jacket, even if you don't know how to do it the alteration shouldn't be too expensive.

I have the exact same pattern of jacket as the first one. It's navy blue with gold buttons and little ships on them. This jacket is extremely warm.
If they're both like wool, they should be plenty warm.

Synthetic wool doesn't insulate as well, but unless you're in really cold weather and outside a lot it shouldn't make a difference. I'd pick the first one since it has a higher collar, that way no wind gets in

I love the high collar but I have a fat neck, all this extra skin or W/E . blah, things contricting my neck look bad on me.
I love the buttons and buckles on it though.
Im waiting to see how the 3rd one looks in black , and then I'll make a descision.

I like the second one. But if your going for the "im different look at me!" (not like its a bad thing ) I'd choose the first one.

I quite like the white one you posted.
But it doesn't look amazingly warm.
I think I'd go for the second one.
And perhaps wear a jumper underneath.

Well, the white one does have a inner liner, and I DO like that one the best. I am waiting to see when he has a black one in, then I shall decide.
It's prob not as warm as the 2nd one, because its not wool or anything like that, but I can always wear a sweater..
Suffer for my fashion =p

I personally think the white would look awesome.
Especially with your hair.
But yer a sweater would be a good idea no matter what.

I purchased, however it was WAY too thin for a wool jacket..I ended up sending it back. Luckily the guy was nice and refunded all, including return shipping.
The cut was nice, just not for a winter coat. If I could afford it, Id have kept it for a fall jacket, but I have like 8 jackets already.
