Rainbow cakes are popular at pride events! And I totes have a vegan recipe that I have been thus far too lazy to try yet.

But with pride cakes, you have to have the rainbow icing too, like so:

Aw see I kinda like the idea of peeps thinking the cake is a normal plain boring cake - with no hint of the delicious colours underneath.

But I sure like the photo

- is margarine vegan?
