Thanks HP, but this sounds like where I work. (Ironically, I would print this and post it in my workstation, but my coworkers "would not 'get it'" and would most likely assume that I'm referring to myself).

Isn't this true for ANY form of communication? The only exception I can think of is when the minority complains about how their ancestor's where persecuted x number of years, and thus we have reverse discrimination.
