I don't do costumes but we're growing pumpkins on the allotment and we've picked 4 medium sized ones already. There's 7 more small ones still growing and a load of flowers still on the vines which means even more still. We can just sell those to the greengrocers up the road though.
So I need to get myself a pumpkin carving kit this year and carve mine properly.

I'm throwing a party, the theme of which is the vague dread of graduating college and hurtling toward an uncertain future. In that spirit, I think I'm going to dress as an alcoholic lawyer.

HA!
My costume plan right now is a Vulcan, seems easy enough. Wanted to be Wonder Woman but I won't have the time to make it this year due to student loans delay, sadly. My Halloween plan is to go to a friend's party, then we'll probably head downtown later that night for Mardi Gras. I don't usually like George Street but I wanna see all the costumes, then maybe head home XD

I'm going to make my best Fairy Godmother effort. They have wings, right? I have my dress and wand but I think I need wings. Need to figure out how the short hair and make up will go.
My babybat is going to be Cinderella. Got her the official dress this afternoon. So, I think hers is all complete!
Plans: I will walk Cinderella up and down our street to get her bag filled, then come home + try to put her to bed ASAP. I'll probably spend the remainder of the night treating the stragglers and drinking myself to sleep.

I always buy candy "for the trick-or-treaters" and then come home and shut the porch light off and eat it all myself.

Silent hill nurse...I never got to do it last time I planned. This time I'm doing it for sure. I just have to figure out how I'm going to make that fucking mask.

I'm dressing as the Spirit of Jazz from The Mighty Boosh.
My best friend is making his very own Iron Man suit. He has the shiny reactor thing and everything.
If I take my saxophone and learn a bitchin' saxophone solo between the two of us we could win 500 dollars in contests. Last time it was 300 and a bottle of brandy.

I'm so excited... the dress and hat are made. Now I just have to find some white shoes and buy tights.

Okay I'm waiting on my dress, hosiery, and bandages to soak in tea and I wanted to show off my hand made hat, ID tag, and 5 dollar shoes.
The hat was kinda annoying to make because I had to make it stiff...it was hard to sew as well and so my fingers are all messed up. The shoes I managed to find on clearance from walmart...and the ID badge was just made on photoshop, the real silent hill 2 bobblehead nurses have ID badges but theres really no way of knowing whats on them...so I just made this up. Sorry if it's lame.
Oh also there will eventually be blood all over everything...but I'm going to do that closer to the zombie walk date...

I'm thinking of being Persephone. The two coworkers I will be working with on Halloween will be other Greek goddesses, so I shift my original plan of being Death from Sandman and instead be a gothy Persephone, with a black Greek-woman-toga and dead flowers and lots of eyeliner and black lipstick. I would walk around all day eating pomegranate.
Will probably also go to a Halloween-themed housewarming party for my friend, who just moved.
