I hate that my job requires me to sit around on the computer for eight hours, and that I hate it. When really if I were at home I'd probably be doing the exact same thing anyway but I wouldn't be getting paid for it.

That's pretty much what happened to the Grateful Dead...

I hate that I can't seem to make myself sleep past 9:30 AM these days.
The weekend is the only time I'm allowed to sleep in (due to school) and I can't seem to even now!
And I have to set up the christmas tree tonight, which sucks.

*bleh* I hate job hunting online. I much prefer going out and actually picking up applications but most non-retail jobs seem to only want online applications so I spend one day a week dedicated to online job hunting. I do get quite a few more applications this way but damn is it tedious.
I think the bit that really gets to me is that if I was able to just up and move then I could find a job no problem but I can't find one where I could support both me and Jake so that isn't an option as moving would mean that he would have to quit his job.
*Sigh*
I've got three more months before my savings run out, thank god I was at least smart when I was making money.

I have no idea what to get my family for Christmas. I don't want to wander around a department store at 3AM the night before Christmas Eve again.

Fucking hell....don't allow your mother to try and decorate a christmas tree. Ever. I've had to completely re-do ours because mother evidently threw the contents of the decorations box at it.

That's how I do it too. I'm going to sue her for using my patented method of not giving a damn.
...of course I don't have a tree in the first place. I find the idea of go out and cut down/buy a tree just to put it inside a house and then hang twilightly (sparkly) things on it a tad ridiculous.

We've had our artificial tree...well for a very long time anyway. And some of the decorations are actually from the 1950's. I'm not all that fussed wether we have a tree or not, but mother likes to put it up and the artist in me can't help but screech when she just throws the baubles on any old how .

It has been snowing all. Freaking. Day. Long.
I wouldn't mind it so much if it was at least 'warm' enough to go out and play in it.
Hoping the kid will still have school tomorrow.
My teeth hurt too. Like the cavities need to be refilled or something. Joy. =p

Our first big snow is coming here tomorrow from what the weather people are saying. Good thing is I have four wheel drive, bad thing is, my tires aren't that new anymore.

I don't give a fuck if it's Christmas or not, just because some fucker in a funny hat expects me to donate cash to some charity or other, doesn't fucking mean I'm obliged to do it, and I will definitely stop considering donating if they say "It's the season of good will." Fuck you and your pathetic traditions.

I'm not much of a Christmas person, but to most people, they need their charity this time of year more than ever. I do feel obligated to give up some spare change to whatever charity, or buy a present for toys for tots around Christmas. I know, I'm weak-willed n' conformist n' stuff.

Thanks, I think my Bridgestones should do fine though, I hope. If not, I work at a tire place, and I can get newish ones cheap.

I'm trying not to hate Christmas, but this season isn't making it easy.
I don't -want- to plan around 12 people's different and various schedules just so we can see each other for an afternoon, exchange gifts that we can't really afford and that probably don't suit the gift-receivers, and try to be pleasant around each other even though we drive each other nuts.
I guess the decorations and festive spirit and spirit of giving are all okay, but I could really do without the big family get-togethers. :/ Gah.

We can't find the stockings for J or me anywhere =(
Our creche scene figures are MIA also =(
I hate being so disorganized and moving around so much!
Must go driving on the not yet snow-plowed roads to grocery shop. But I'm going to make it worth my trip and get a BIG bottle of rum while out.
