The Sandlot

After watching it, it made me wish summer could come closer, so I can pull that stunt on the hot blonde Lifeguard chick that works at the pool here.

I am watching the new 3:10 to Yuma right now as we speak. So sue me. I like westerns on occasion, and have heard good things about it. So far, pretty good!

Well, just got through with No Country For Old Men. I was somewhat amused through most of it, then the ending was just..... abrupt. I guess I was expecting more. I think it is one of those that grows and grows and grows on you though, every time you watch it. So, it shall be watched yet again!

Just started the new Halloween movie. I understand I may be disappointed. But, thank god, Rob Zombie's wife is in it, I see, and the sheriff from Devil's Rejects. Hmmm It could be decent.

Watched that new "Superhero" movie that's out now. Thank goodness we downloaded it instead of paying money to see it. It was crap on top of crap. I would have been fine to quit watching half-way in, but me and the hubby stuck it through to the end. Then we promised we'd never speak of it to each other again. *shudders*

So last night I watched 30 Days of Night. Much better than I expected it to be. I thought it was going to be cheap, cheesy, and plain stupid. It was quite good, however. Good acting, good special effects, and a new take on it all. I had to break down and find Sweeney Todd. I have never been that big of a Burton fan, but it seems to be pretty good so far.
