No fat at all? In any way shape or form?
God, what kind of diet are you on?

Do pardon if that last comment seemed rude.
I'm not a diet person. I believe in moderating the things I eat, not removing them altogether. And well... I'm a UK size 8, so it seems to work.

Eating in moderation does help. I find that it's a healthier dieting method. Small portions and lots of water.

I am trying to avoid fat. And sugar :/ Almost impossible when living at home and I can't afford to move out. I am a UK 20

Then you definitely need to move in moderation instead of cutting out swathes of things. A sudden diet isn't good for you.

Well at least you are trying. That should help. Why don't you find time to walk around your neighbourhood for like twenty minutes? I remember that I went down a size from just simply walking about almost everyday for a month.

I joined a slimming club earlier in the year. I hated it. I hated most of the foods in the book and I detested the whole " group session " thing.

I'm not sedentary. I walk everywhere and take buses since I cannot drive. I am on my feet all day at work, which usually means I lift heavy wooden palletes over my head to stack them, change machine parts and work on the end of the machine. I certainly don't sit on my arse all day.

Hey, I'm not suggesting any of that. Just eat slightly less, cook a slightly small portion for a meal. May try swimming if you want a bit more exercise other than the walking you already do?
You don't need to give up things you like
You don't need to eat nasty stuff
You don't need group sessions
You don't need a gym membership.

I practically live on soup, tuna salads, chicken with rice, and fruit. I do eat chocolate, but nowhere near as much as anyone else I know. I don't eat takeaways...I had stew this evening, with nothing else....

Ouch. Maybe you're just unlucky with your metabolism then.
Down one or two sizes, good corset, and you can display the kind of curves that a lot of Pre-Raphaelite painters loved.
Takes a good bit of corsetry for me to develop much curve. I have no tits.

How about we share, half each? That way you get a reduction to a happier level for you, and I can fill my red corset without a padded bra.

Ahh. I wish I had either of your problems. I've been losing a bit of weight from hours of dance per week and walking everywhere along with a steady diet of gum, pizza, and soup. But all the weight has come off my boobs and waist, but I swear my arse has gotten bigger and more menacing. And no matter what I do, my soft tummy refuses to develop any discernible muscle tone. I'm a curvy pear as far a body shape goes; small boobs, big thighs.

I love ya'll in all ur evilness. ;D
I just felt like eating a sock for a second. Luckly it was made of gingerbread (my great-grandma's secret recipe) but the thought is still a wee bit unsettling.
