Alien Sex Fiend

I am amazed that there isn't an Alien Sex Fiend thread, they are definantly one of my favourite bands. The manic vocals of Nik Fiend and the impressive work of Ms Fiend together create something unlike anything else.

I'm sure there are atleast a few Aliens Sex Fiend fans in this forum. My favourite track is R.I.P

I like Alien Sex Fiend but their stuff is seriously hard to get where I'm at.

I'll describe them as disturbed keyboard rock with creepy british sounding woogly vocals.

I've been to Red Eye, multiple times

I just hadn't had the chance to go there since I'm broker than MC Hammer.

I also have the choice of going to JB Hi Fi as they sell CDs at such a great price with a huge range.

My fuck, I'm stingy.

I'm stingy as hell too, the only reason I have any of The Clash is because when I went to JB hifi I was The Essential Clash for ten dollars, that's a whopping 41 songs! I don't think I've even heard them all yet.

Mate, I found Gene Loves Jezebel there and their stuff is really hard to find...

And I got it for ten dollars!

Cheers to JB Hi Fi.

They can't be too hard to find they're on Geffen Records... but I haven't found any, mainly because I haven't really been looking. I also got Joy Division's Substance for ten dollars, now that's gold.

Bizarre, I think is the only word that can describe them. Thank you for putting us back on track.

Alien Sex Fiend is absolutly amazing. One of may favorite bands ever. Favorite tracks would have to be 'Ignore the Machine', 'Dead and Buried' and 'R.I.P.'. Nik's odd stage antics crack me up.

Yes, I would love to see them live. Apparently at their last show they sprayed bones and bananas at the crowd. But that was in 2004 I don't think they'll be playing in Australia any time soon, if ever.

I don't see why they shouldn't go on tour. They're still around (I think.) But, really, how awesome would it be to have a bone and be able to say "Nik Fiend clocked me in the head with this." ? Hahaha.

I wish "Outter Limits" was longer. They should make an extended version because it's so good.

Oh my gawd, if you can't tell from my avatar, I fucking LOVE Alien Sex Fiend. My favorite songs are Ignore the Machine and Can't Stop Smoking. Also, in his heyday Nik Fiend was REALLY REALLY hot.

'Nightmare Zone' and 'Outter Limits' are great songs. Just thought I'd add that in there.

Are they still around? I remember seeing them live around 1989 They were awesome they played at the Cameo theatre in Miami beach. I think the other band on the bill was Specimen.
