Do any characters remind you of you?
I was just wondering if any characters off any films end up reminding yourself of you. I'm a gothic version of a cross between Annie and Buddy off The Gift. I sometimes remind myself of the main character from The Crow.

For some odd reason, the writer in SIDEWAYS reminds me of myself. I'm a female version of that, definitely.

Marla Singer, played by the gorgeous Helena Bonham Carter.
An old friend of mine once told me I was like a homeless pirate version of the crazy squirrel from Ill Will Press.

Castle from the Punisher sort of reminds me of me. I have no idea why on that one, but he does.

Clementine, Kate Winslet's character in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.... Whilst watching this movie, my boyfriend-at-the-time said "Look! It's you! She works in a bookstore! She's even riding the same damn train!" He meant it as an insult but I was quite pleased.

No characters remind me of me, However, a few years ago I used to wear my hair kinda like Winona Ryder in Beetlejuice. Everyone used to tell me that I looked so much like her, one man that came into my work had to do a double take because he thought I was actually her hehe.

I don't think there is really any character like me...Shikamaru from Naruto probably. Can do his best at anything but only tries enough to pass, knows when to stop, lazy but sensible, sarcastic, etc...
but completely like me: no one

I've been told by people that I remind them of - um, don't laugh - Jack Sparrow, only less drunk and distinctly feminine. I have this knack with getting into trouble easily and talking myself out of it easily... Apart from that, I've always seen some resemblance of myself in Edward Scissorhands and the Corpse Bride, oddly enough.

I've always seen you as a mix of Helen Bonham Carter AND the Corpse Bride oddly enough... and here you go and claim the direct opposite.

I think I'm sorta like Shaun from 'Shaun of the Dead'. I't hard to pinpoint what makes me feel that, but I just do. Plus the guy who used to be my best friend is almost a mirror image of Ed, Shauns best friend.
And maybe a little bit of Fry from Futurama. Hahah.

There are some characters that remind me of me, mainly in anime, though. Yagami Light from deathnote reminds me of me, since I the death note almost as much as him.
Another character that reminds me of me is Snape from Harry Potter. I am hated by many, and most of all, bullied as a kid.
There is also another character from Megaman Battle Network 2. I can`t rememeber his name I think it was Sean. He lost both of his parents in an accident when he was a kid, and was raised by his cruel family members. He did not have friends, and was hated by many. He hated everyone, including himself and wanted revenge. I have felt that way many times, I want revenge for what has been done to me in the past that I cannot forget. Even though I still have my family, I share some of his hatred and I understand his feelings. I have even wished to have his power in order to actually carry out my revenge...

You all have such cool responses....
I'm a hopeless geek. I think I'm pretty much a 50-50 combo of Meredith Grey and Christina Yang in Grey's Anatomy. I even look a little like Meredith, complete with mother issues and waffling. But then I deal with it by withholding affection and being sarcastic instead of drowning myself. If I could PICK an alter ego, I'd like to be Valentine from Hellsing...
