The 1st Crow flick was the best. Bar none. The 2nd flick I didn't like too much when I went to see it in a theatre 10 years ago. At least I learned what Day Of The Dead was, thanks to 1 scene in that film [On the East Coast, that holiday isn't celebrated or acknowledged at all.]. The 3rd flick was more gory & graphic than the 1st 2, but it was still lousy & forgettable. The 4th flick--and I agree with Angel_Dark_Demon_Bright on this--was the worst of the sequels, with Edward Furlong lacking any personality or passion in playing the title role. It's almost as if he just wanted to get the ordeal over with so he could get paid; to him, I'm sure it was just another acting job. Nothing more. David [Angel] Boreanez seemed like too much of a pretty boy to play a villian, one that he did to an almost comedic, embarassing effect. "The Crow: Wicked Prayer" should have never been made!

The Crow... gawd! Those were back in the days when I had a damned AOL account and had named myself QuietRaven and kept wandering the Keyword: Pagan chat rooms and .... horror of horrors.... tucked. pants. into. boots.

Good grief. So long, and thanks for the mammories (pun!).

I recently saw The Crow. It was one of those movies that would blow you away...when you were 12...but I had a streak in my life were I HAD to watch the corniest horror movies I could find. Let me tell you, you have no idea what a bad movie is until you have seen the movie "Birth Right" or "The Sisterhood"(not of the traveling pants...a different one. Practically cheap lezbian porn.) I thought "attack of the killer tomatoes" was bad....wow. But The Crow definatly ranks up after seeing the movies Ive seen.

The Crow is like the Green Day of Punk. It's alright as entertainment, but not what you should use as a base for what "Goth" actually is.

Oh, really! Queen of the Damned is one of the most worst movies I've seen - and fucking waste of time. > I was so disappointed as the beginning promised so much better than it was! And that nu metal - THAT NU METAL !

But I agree. Lestat was HOT anyway. Yet I think a good movie about a book by A. Rice is Interview with the Vampire. Lestat is completely different in that than in QotD, since the actor is Tom Cruise, but you should really watch it, if you haven't already. Claudia is really annoying but IMHO it's one of my fave movies, anyway.

I loved the Crow. I fell in love with it the first time i watched it and i've watched it many times since. I haven't bothered to see any of the sequels though, because i just don't think they could be the same.
I'm probably going to watch it again tonight now, beause i'm thinking about it!

I liked the movie quite much. I've always been fond of 'black humor', and there were quite many of my favorite artists included in the movie, such as Nine Inch Nails and The Cure. Sigh... R-I-P, Brandon Lee.

I love The Crow, especially the dark humour in it "caw caw bang fuck I'm dead" lol. I have seen one of the sequels and it was just cringe inducing in my opinion.

I like The Crow alright. Not the best movie but I think it's good. Not only was the story good, but the way it was filmed in general was good good too. I almost threw up when I heard Nine Inch Nails' version of Joy Division's "Dead Souls" in it, though.

Emerald- "Caw caw, Bang! Fuck! I'm Dead!" is probably the best line in the movie. Hahahaha.

Watched it a good while back and thought it was utterly excellent.
About two years ago, though, I watched it again and was left thinking that, well, it wasn't really that good.

I've not seen it since because I'd prefer to think that it was 'alright' rather than 'dire'. The folly of youth and all that, perhaps. I remember it looking cool and thinking it was utter brilliance, but if I watch it now, I'll probably just get bored.

And at no point did I dress up like the Crow for Hallowe'en. Never happened.
