I just got fucking scared to death..

As I'm typing this- it happened about 5 mins ago.

So I'm in my bedroom- surfing the net, when I hear a loud scream ( It sounded like a womans) and a Crash Right outside my window (it faces the neighbors house.).

At first It think its domestic violence, But my neighbors are very happily married with a teeneage son who could kick his fathers ass if such a thing were to happen.

Then I think, maybe they're getting robbed.

But I start hearing a cat meow, and I realize that another one of our neighbors has a huge cat, so I've come to the conclusion that the little fucker was running around on rooftops, but fell.

Anyway, he scared me half to death...

I used to get scared by cats fighting and stuff when I was younger as well, it sounds like someone getting murdered right outside your house.

I once woke up at 3 in the morning because a dog was barking in front of my window. That scared the Shit out of me, being woken up like that.

Another time, one night my mom opened the door to go to the balkony(or valkony, not sure) and there was a guy standing there, staring at the inside of the living room through the window. The guy ran away and mom couldn't see his face.
Later that week we discovered that a few neighbors were robbed.

You could get a heart attack here :P

Nighttime is pretty fucking scary. Cats with the almost human cries and robbers. People can be freaking creepy.

I live in the country.
There's a screech owl that lives in the woods behind my house.
Scares the fuck out of me everytime I hear the damned thing.
We also hear baby foxes yell in the spring. Theire call is far scarier than that of their parents.
Night in the country can be scary, especially when you wake up at 3am and all you hear is the sound of screeching coming from a bloody owl perched on your roof.... I will shoot that thing one of these days.....

In the middle of the night, I occasionally hear foxes screeching outside my window. I don’t get scared though, because I’m used to it, and I know what it is.

But it catches you off guard sometimes.
I'll be watching a scary movie (Like the Japanese version of The Grudge or Psycho) and I'll hear a fox in my garden (The little bastards love coming into my garden) and it'll scare the shit out of me.

I got the fright of my life when a pigeon crashed into my window once. It's not scary to think about, but when you're sitting at your desk day dreaming alone in the house and you hear a giant !WHUMP! off of the window you tend to freak out just a teeeny bit...

Once while walking to a bus stop I was listening to music, and I got hit in the back of the head, and I heard something like laughing, and I thought "someone threw a rock at me!" But then the crow got up and started screaming at me o.O Either he kamikazed me or he wasn't watching where he was flying. He got up on a poll and screamed at me some more, than swooped at me again o.O

I was sleeping with the window open in the summer and this one crack of thunder was so loud it shook the house. I thought a plane was crashing into my home >.<

Here in Scotland, we had this massive Supercell Thunderstorm hanging over us. It reached where I live and it lasted for 6 hours straight. It got really voilent near the end, and at four O'clock in the morning, after watching the storm for 2 hours and going to bed, a huge crack of thunder scared the shit out of me. It also cut the power and set off ever single bloody house and car alarm in my village. I just remember thinking before the crack of thunder "I wish that someone would switch my light off for me" and then BOOM! the power went out. I was scared shitless, but I had to run back to my window and watch the final mintues of the supercell. And then it was gone. We havn't had a thunderstorm like that since, and that was last year in June.

Wait until you hear a cat's death squall. That's something anyway.

Oh yeah. I had an owl bounce straight the fuck off my windshield at 60 mph in the dead of night. Everybody else in the car screamed. I just sat there silently, feeling guilty.
