*blushes* There is a long story associated with the pickup line, which I will not go into here.
I look at threads like this and I think "Wow, wouldn't it be great if everyone could do whatever it is they love doing and earn a decent living from it and find contentment" - man if I could rule the world - that's my one wish.

I have a dial-up connection( Yes, it's still around. Lucky me had to be raised in the damn country ), so I can't look at anyone's artwork and gothic.net is blocked on my school's computer(yet Goth.net isn't. What the hell?)
Seeing this thread is bringing back my urge to draw and pastel(I'd like to paint too one day). I haven't done any art in nearly 3 years because of things in my life that are too complicated to explain, but I am going to start back one day and post them here. Art is my nature and I'll be glad when I'm done with my Computer Networking degree and can start on my Graphic Design degree.
But I'm thinking now about posting pictures I've manipulated while playing with Photoshop. I'll warn you now that I'm still an amateur with it if I decide to post them.

Ellethwyn,
I enjoyed your photos.
Even though I'm a big fan of Lady Luna,
I think I liked that last one the most.

Beautiful picture, particularly the middle strip with suggestions of the horizon...and a single, leafless tree - poetic in it's isolation.
I must go for your moon shots Ellethwyn - just sublime !

Cheers, Ellethwyn. I like how bright, yet moody your photographs are. And the branches that remind of a spider's web, a menacing insect and a clear reflection over still water.

This is my first watercolor painting, "Starry Night". I received a semi pro watercolor set for Christmas. I'm excited to try it again with higher quality paints, brushes, and paper.
Some macros of insects. I love those little guys. Look at those faces!
Pacific Green Sphinx Moth( i wanted to keep him forever.)
