Oh snaps, they "bark," not "ball" because they're friendly.

I so hate posting from a Droid sometimes... :/

Cookies are always good.

Hey BB, you know what I like so much about pitbulls? They always seem to be smiling. When I see such a toothy grin, I can't help but smile too.

So, how was everybody's Thanksgiving? Mine was pretty good, lots of yummy food and some quality family time.

My Thanksgiving wasn't bad, even though I had to work. Spent most of the night chatting with a lovely lady I've known for years, sharing drinks and laughs.

I've always loved Pitbulls because they're always so loving and protective. Growing up I had a friend with a couple of pits who were two of the sweetest dogs I've ever known. I'll never forget those two pups, because they were so nice to everyone.

I had a friend who had a full, grown pit. She'd get so excited when I'd show up, she'd jump up on me and be the same height as me. I was a little scared at first, but when I realized she was pretty much just a sweet, giant puppy I relaxed a bunch.

A lot of pits are like that, and my friend that relocated to Cali this year is terrified of them even when I point out the history of the breed. The ignorance of pits are quite sad, and terrible owners don't help in the least.

My sister had a Pitbull, and she was a big sook of a thing. It was quite amusing to watch people terrified of her and then try to pat her Maltese Terrier which would attempt to rip out their femoral artery...

I have a Staffy x Mastiff, who is utterly beautiful and as thick as a plank of wood. People are scared to death of him as well, and he just rolls onto his back for belly scratches whenever he sees a person.

Just realised that the running gif could be taken as a 'certain breeds of dog are scary' thing.

Not my intention - it was a 'I am humorously pretending to behave inappropriately and be caught' thing.

You know I've never actually seen a pitbull. I've heard people say how vicious they are so I always expected them to look like monsters, but when I first saw a picture or video of one it was like "......srsly?"

We used to have a couple of bull terriers, not the same as pits but still a big dog preceived to be scary or aggressive. Friendliest dogs ever. Basil used to gleefully pull you along on walks and Daisy would let my sister torment her.

Our old goat Rambo used to chase one of the dogs, now goats are bastards.
