Are you a lady/ gentleman?
I stumbled across this fun little game just now: http://www.mccord-museum.qc.ca/en/keys/games/game_0/
So tell us, are you a proper gentleman/ lady?
I was told I'd fit right into the Victorian era. Yay!

Part of this game confuses me. What happens when you are at dinner and at the ball, after you have chosen your attire?

Yeah, the game just stops at some points and does nothing.

If it stops, just go back to the table and start anew. Happened to me at the ball, too.

Everything went swimmingly until I got to the dinner party, which became a dreadful bore with the host never taking even a moment to welcome me. Hmph!

I thought it was really easy. It said I was the picture of politness. Anybody with an ounce of common sense should be able to answer all those questions correctly.

I'm the picture of politeness, but a better gentleman than lady.

Cute game. I'm the very picture of politeness. (*cough*notreally*cough*)
If it wasn't for the fact that my job requires me to know such things, then I'd be f*ed.
Not suprised that I make a better gentleman than lady.

Apparently I am in need of some manners but kissing is more fun than shaking hands any ol' day.

Haha, this game was what I played during my breaks yesterday while slaving away on seven hours worth of Specialist Mathematics. The results of doing the 'wrong' thing are so damn funny! (As is the whole game really... am I the only person creeped out by the manners-judge-lady-thingy?)

At both the dinner and the ball, the image froze.
However, I have visited the museum itself recently. It's a worthwhile exhibit if you're spending time in Montreal

It was quite entertaining, although I doubt any of us would survive at the actual event. I'm the picture of politeness..Very easy, though. They did not ask any of the truly interesting questions, like which fork goes where and what a lady should do in event of getting slapped in the face, or how they should respond to stepping in horse manure.
