So...I only got into one honors class (I'm actually surprised I didn't get into honors chemistry. The teacher insisted I had an aptitude for it, and I got an A on the final...meh) and my father is disapointed in me. I hate it when people are upset with me.

If anything, he should be proud that you got into one honors class. Any academic achievement should be acknowledged, especially for all of the effort and time that went into accomplishing it.

If you felt that you worked your absolute hardest, then there is nothing to be ashamed of. Otherwise, you try harder and get better grades. But that really shouldn't spark a feud. I hate it when people are that academically pushy. I had that when I was little; it made me a workaholic, and it made me miserable.
