I don't expect you to say anything... You're a 13 year old girl... you shouldn't be drinking. 4 years ago you were 9... not even in the two digits yet, girl. Think about it. I didn't even think about wanting to drink until I was like 16.

Lol. That's what my alchoholic mother says to me. But try having both parents who are smokers and alchoholics...

Umm. If anything you should be striving to NOT be like them. I drink now, but that's because I'm already 21 and can buy my own, Also I only drink when I go to the club or have a party. A tiny child like you who drinks 'just cause' and then uses the excuse "my parents are both alcoholics". Needs to grow some brain cells and learn how to make better decisions. If you think it's funny....it's not. If you think it's cool...it's not. If you think it makes you look mature....it doesn't. If you think it will make you feel better for whatever reason you choose to put in this slot ______________... IT WON'T. The end.

Nono. You've misunderstood me...I don't think it's funny at all - it's just similar to what my mum lectures me on, but she doesn't give a fuck if me or my sister (11 years old) blaze or drink around the house. My dad doesn't give a fuck either.

But thanks for the thought...I'll try to get some help before I spiral into serious drinking habits.
I don't really drink often - only when I go to clubs or when I'm bored at home.

I think I understand now why the suicide rate is so high there.

When I used to go to Windy Con, Wis Con and other sci-fi conventions, the hospitality suites would serve a blue alcoholic beverage that went by different names: wapatui punch, blue stuff and my personal favorite - smurf solvent.

I know the punch had Blue Curacao liqueur in it but I don't know what else. I sure do wish I had the recipe now. I really am in the mood for some smurf solvent.

Mango juice, one of the imported brands from the unusually large and well-stocked ethnic foods aisle in asda. Yay for immigration, bringing me such delicious spices and juices.

Have you tasted mangoes from Guimaras? It's an island somewhere in the Philippines. My aunt brought us once and it was really sweet, but kind of itchy in the tongue.

Nah, I just get whatever comes into the high Bangladeshi-Muslim area I live in. I'd imagine that as a result the flavours and imports are very much skewed toward those native to Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and surrounding areas- the Philippines are just that bit further east, into the next strongly defined culinary/cultural geographic block.

Besides- Guimaras are meant to be the best in the world. That's out of my price league, and not going to be found in my asda.

Tea with ginger and lemon and honey. Delicious. And well, great for curing a cold.

Bring out the torches and pitchforks if you must, but I do declare this Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea is pretty splendid!

Orange ginger mint tea. It's one of my favorites.
Before that, it was licorice Tulsi tea.

I'm a tea fiend.

My poison

Whisky and coke. Well, whisky, preferably Black Velvet, and PepsiMax, actually. And too much of it lately. Not at the moment though, cause am at work. And a bit hung over from last nights wine. Chilean white. It was good.

I drink too much.

Sorry for digging this up again. But I don't think underage drinking is that much of a bad thing. I started at 13 and most people I know that started at 18 or 21 can't really handle their booze and can't control themselves when intoxicated.
